Every transport request is evaluated individually. Imagine Home reserves the right to deny requests and to cancel transports already in planning stages, should any unresolved concern arise.
*Please note we are currently not accepting transport requests that will take more than 30 hours to complete.
*We ask that all cats being considered for transport, be at least 16 weeks of age and no older than 12 years old (without written acknowledgement from vet that the senior kitty is healthy enough for travel for the length of time they will be on the road. )
* If you have a need for a transport that will take more than 30 hours, or a cat that does not fit into the age guidelines, please email us at Imaginehomeorg@gmail.com. Thank you so much for your understanding.
Please note, we would prefer if transfers were done in a public place and not someone’s home for safety of both parties. (If there is a reason a particular hand off needs to occur at someone’s home, please notify Imagine Home immediately.)
*If you are not feeling well or exhibiting any symptoms of the Covid 19 virus or flu and have been exposed to anyone with Covid 19 or flu in the past 10 days, and have signed up for a transport, please let an Imagine Home Admin know ASAP.
*By signing up for a transport, you are agreeing to and understand Transport Protocol Procedure. If you are uncomfortable with following the procedure, please do not sign up for a transport. We totally understand not everyone will be comfortable with it. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
*Disclaimer: Imagine Home Inc. officers, Board of directors, administrators, and volunteers will not be held responsible for any illness, injury, damages incurred during transports.
**Since we request participation in transports from adopters and fosters, please know that your transport request implies your agreement with these Covid 19 social distancing protocols.

Do you need assistance in getting a kitty transported? Please make sure you read the Basic Requirements for Transports. We reserve the right to decline transports if these requirements are not met. We are not able to set up URGENT transports. If you want us to share your need, please contact us on Facebook.
