Our priority is the safety and well-being of both the cats and the people involved in every transport. To ensure smooth, secure, and respectful hand-offs, please carefully review and adhere to the following protocol.

Dear Imagine Home Nation,

We regret to announce that we will be placing all transports on hold until the end of July.

Several members of our team are currently facing personal circumstances that require their time, attention, and support. Given these circumstances, we do not feel that we can adequately fulfill the responsibilities necessary to coordinate transport routes and ensure the safe transportation of the cats in our care.

Rather than risk falling short of those responsibilities, we believe it is best to implement a temporary pause on transports. The safety and well-being of our cats, as well as the reliability of our transport operations, remain our highest priorities.

We do have one transport currently scheduled, and we remain committed to seeing that transport through to completion. All other transport activities will be paused until the end of July.

We appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support during this time. We hope to resume transport operations at the end of July and will provide updates as that date approaches.

Important Transport Guidelines – Please Read Carefully

🚫 Transport Duration Limit
At this time, we are not accepting transport requests that require more than 30 hours to complete.
If you need assistance with a transport that exceeds this duration, please email us at Imaginehomeorg@gmail.com for further discussion.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please note that for transports taking less than three hours, we will not set up an entire transport for them. Instead, we will try to fill the trip and post it on our page asking for volunteers who may be available to help.

🏙️ Transfer Locations
For the safety of all involved, we strongly prefer that all transfers take place in public locations, not private residences.
If a home hand-off is absolutely necessary, please notify Imagine Home immediately so we can evaluate and approve the arrangement.

😷 Health & Safety Notice

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, flu, RSV, norovirus, or any other contagious illness, or if you have been exposed to someone with a contagious illness within the past 5 days, and are signed up for a transport:
